After using it to make scrambled eggs every morning for the past week, I'm really impressed that nothing sticks to the ceramic surface at all. The handle stays cool enough to grab without a potholder, which makes flipping pancakes much easier.

I was skeptical that the ceramic coating would hold up, but after a month of daily use, there's not a single scratch and omelets still release perfectly. The handle stays surprisingly cool on the stovetop, which I really appreciate.

Eggs slide right out of this pan with barely any butter, and cleanup is just a quick wipe with a sponge. The ceramic coating has held up well after a few weeks of daily scrambles and stir-fries.
